The Mono SUN-SUB is a solar-powered submersible bore pump, built around Mono's progressing cavity pumping principle to deliver dependable water flow even in overcast conditions. A helical rotor and stator wet end is direct-coupled to a stainless steel brushless DC motor, producing a steady flow that isn't affected by changes in differential pressure, whether in the bore or on the surface. Designed for potable and brackish water from 4" (100 mm) or greater bores, SUN-SUB is available with stationary arrays across a range of system sizes, and is built for off-grid and remote agricultural properties worldwide.

SUN-SUB X1 systems come in three motor sizes – Series 1000 (300W output power rating), Series 2000 (600W output power rating) and Series 3000 (1200 W output power rating) and can operate in -10–50 °C temperatures and in water with a PH of 6.0–8.5.

All system packages include progressive cavity pump, submersible solar motor, solar motor controller/MPPT, fully wired stationary array, and a 1½" BSP bore cap as standard (up to 6" bore; 2" BSP bore cap also available).
MK1 (temperature-standard) rotors are supplied as standard; MK3/MK5 temperature-rated rotors are available for water above 27°C — consult NOV for these builds.
