Flygt Concertor is a fully integrated wastewater pumping system that combines advanced hardware, software functions and intelligent control.

The system integrates IE4-comparable motor efficiency, proven N-technology hydraulics, monitoring and control functions, and intelligent pumping features to improve reliability, energy efficiency and operational flexibility.

Concertor senses operating conditions and adjusts pump performance in real time. Its integrated control system simplifies set-up and operation while reducing the need for separate monitoring and control equipment and providing a smaller footprint.

Flygt Concertor combines long-life bearings, advanced motor protection and control algorithms that adjust pump performance to changing flow rates.

These functions help extend pump life, reduce downtime and overflows, and lower energy use.

Preventative maintenance agreements are also available to provide consistent and reliable service.

Concertor® XPC is an energy-efficient station manager with an integrated control system and highly reliable pumps.

It comes pre-programmed for easy installation and provides advanced functions including pump station management, an energy minimizer, and sump and pipe cleaning.

The system is scalable to as many pumps as required by the application, with one gateway per pump. The gateway also provides backup on/off control.

Pump performance can be adjusted easily to help reduce operating costs.
