Brown Brothers Engineers Acquires INCA Control
We are very pleased to announce the growth of our Group in Australia with the acquisition of Inca Control Pty Ltd.
Many of you are familiar with Inca’s renown Australian manufactured control panels. INCA Control is a family-owned business with an operational history surpassing 50 years. Located in Glendenning, Sydney, the company is involved in the pumping field, supplying control systems for water sump drainage, water pressure systems including VSD (Variable Speed Drives), water booster or transfer systems and fire pump controls to AS 2941 for both diesel and electric pumps. All these highly customised systems incorporate level, pressure and all associated control measuring devices.
Inca Control is a strong standalone company with growth ambitions and good profitability. Our ambition with the acquisition is to expand our product portfolio, secure access to high quality Australia-made control panels and add additional technical knowledge to the team. With the acquisition of INCA Control, Brown Brothers Engineers will become a full-service provider for water boosting pressure systems in Australia. We anticipate that this acquisition will strengthen our presence within the agricultural/ irrigation markets, water pressure boosting and fire industries, and through common contacts and resources, whereby both companies will continue to grow and flourish.

The transaction was completed May 5th, 2021 and Managing Director of AxFlow’s Oceania Group, John Inkster says “I am truly delighted for this addition to our Group.
